Spam is so prevalent on the Internet now and as a webmaster there is not much I can do to help you as I do not receive your mail. You do. However, there are some things you can do to help yourself. One of them is to use Spam Assassin.

All top level domains hosted at paintwebs have this feature available to them. (If you are not sure if you are an top level domain, please email your webmaster. It is always possible to upgrade an account.

I suggest you start slowly - try it, see if you encounter any problems. Learn to enable and disable the program. Add your content slowly, see if you encounter problems. If not, continue to add words. You MUST remember to check your Spam folder on the server daily to see if "real" mail is being filtered accidentally into it.

It is not a good idea to "save" your server password and login even on your computer. After entering both for a few days you will have no trouble remembering them.
